Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DoseIt mobile application, doseit.io, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bincor Ltd("DoseIt", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 17179401), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms also form the end user licence agreement for the DoseIt app. Section 16 sets out terms that apply specifically where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. What the Service is
The Service consists of:
- The DoseIt mobile application, which lets you record peptide and injection protocols, doses, body weight and measurements, workouts, and daily check-ins, and view charts, schedules and AI-generated insights based on the data you enter.
- DoseIt Pro, an optional paid subscription unlocking additional features (section 6).
- doseit.io, including the waitlist.
3. Your account
You agree to provide a real, valid email address that you control. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. See section 10 for how this interacts with a paid subscription.
4. Important medical disclaimer
This is critical — please read carefully.
DoseIt is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its use does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and DoseIt or Bincor Ltd.
Any information presented in the Service — including peptide pharmacokinetic charts, estimated blood levels, dose schedules, half-life estimates, body-composition estimates, side-effect information, or AI-generated insights — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Estimates are models, not measurements, and may be inaccurate for you.
You must:
- Consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol, supplement, medication, or exercise regimen.
- Comply with all laws applicable to you regarding the purchase, possession, and use of any peptides, supplements, or medications. Many peptides are prescription-only in your jurisdiction. DoseIt does not supply, prescribe, or facilitate the purchase of any substance, and does not recommend any particular substance or dose.
- Seek immediate medical attention for any emergency or adverse reaction. Do not rely on the Service in any medical emergency.
You acknowledge that you use any information from the Service entirely at your own risk, and that decisions about your health remain yours and your clinician's.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of all data you enter into DoseIt. We do not claim any rights to it. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data from within the app at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record. The Service cannot verify that a dose you log was actually taken, or that a measurement you enter is correct.
6. DoseIt Pro subscriptions
DoseIt offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, DoseIt Pro, which unlocks additional features including the AI check-in and Pro Insights.
- Plans and length. DoseIt Pro is offered as a monthly subscription (one month per period) and an annual subscription (one year per period).
- Price. The exact price in your local currency is shown on the subscription screen in the app before you confirm any purchase. Prices vary by country and may change; any change will be disclosed to you in advance and will not take effect in a period you have already paid for.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account on confirmation of purchase. We never see or store your payment details.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then applicable for your plan.
- How to cancel. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or your Google Play Account Settings. Deleting the app or your DoseIt account does not cancel the subscription — you must cancel through the store that billed you. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Free trials and introductory offers. Where one is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us, so we cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be made to Apple or Google under their policies. This does not affect your statutory rights — if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your cancellation and refund rights under consumer law are unaffected by this paragraph.
- Restoring a purchase. If you reinstall the app or change device, use Restore purchases in Settings to re-link an existing subscription.
We may change which features are included in DoseIt Pro. If we materially reduce what your existing subscription includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to do so.
- Use the Service to obtain, supply, or promote the supply of any controlled or prescription-only substance unlawfully.
- Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorisation, or record data on behalf of another person without their consent.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service (including scraping, automated submissions, or stress testing).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except to the extent this restriction cannot lawfully be imposed on you.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app, or share your account with others.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.
8. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the DoseIt app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Intellectual property
All content in the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, charts, the peptide reference information, and code — is owned by Bincor Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. This does not apply to the data you enter, which remains yours (section 5).
"DoseIt" and the DoseIt logo are trademarks of Bincor Ltd.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google — cancel that separately (section 6), otherwise you may continue to be charged.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or for another reasonable cause. Where we do so and you have paid for a period you can no longer use, we will refund the unused portion unless the termination was due to your breach.
11. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality. The Service depends on third-party providers and on your device and network, and may be unavailable from time to time.
12. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components, or that any estimate, calculation or AI-generated insight it produces will be accurate.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bincor Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or GBP 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bincor Ltd from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service. This clause does not apply to consumers acting outside the course of a business or profession.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, except that:
- If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection law applies, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain the protections of that local law.
16. Apple App Store — additional terms
Where you obtained the DoseIt app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies and, to the extent of any conflict with the rest of these Terms, prevails:
- These Terms are between you and Bincor Ltd only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Your licence to use the app is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Support requests should be sent to doseit.support@gmail.com.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation in respect of the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling or discharging any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, on your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
