Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doseit.io, the DoseIt waitlist, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bincor Ltd("DoseIt", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 17179401), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom.

By using the Service or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. The Service today

The Service currently consists of:

• This website (doseit.io), which describes the upcoming DoseIt mobile application.
• A waitlist where you can submit your email address to receive a launch announcement.

The DoseIt mobile application has not yet launched. These Terms will be expanded or replaced when the app is released. By joining the waitlist you do not gain any right to access the future application.

3. Account and accuracy

You agree to provide a real, valid email address that you control. You are responsible for activity that occurs in connection with the email you provide.

4. Important medical disclaimer

This is critical — please read carefully.

DoseIt is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its use does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and DoseIt or Bincor Ltd.

Any information presented in the Service — including peptide pharmacokinetic charts, dose schedules, half-life estimates, or AI-generated insights — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You must:

• Consult a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any peptide protocol, supplement, medication, or exercise regimen.
• Comply with all laws applicable to you regarding the purchase, possession, and use of any peptides, supplements, or medications. Many peptides are prescription-only in your jurisdiction. DoseIt does not supply, prescribe, or facilitate the purchase of any substance.
• Seek immediate medical attention for any emergency or adverse reaction. Do not rely on the Service in any medical emergency.

You acknowledge that you use any information from the Service entirely at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage others to do so.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorisation.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Service (including scraping, automated submissions, or stress testing).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to remove waitlist signups, restrict access, or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on doseit.io — including text, graphics, logos, icons, charts, and code — is owned by Bincor Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

"DoseIt" and the DoseIt logo are trademarks of Bincor Ltd.

7. No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bincor Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed GBP 100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including (where applicable) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bincor Ltd from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Service. This clause does not apply to consumers acting outside the course of a business or profession.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. You may stop using the Service at any time and request that your waitlist signup be deleted by emailing doseit.support@gmail.com.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service, except that:

• If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer protection law applies, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you retain the protections of that local law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email if you are on the waitlist. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
